Location Notice:
For locations over 50 km from Welshpool, please notify us when booking so we can confirm availability and travel arrangements.

Transparent Pricing:

• Test and Tag Services (including GST):
  • Minimum Charge: $100 (includes up to 20 items tagged).
  • Additional Items: $3.85 per item.
  • Call-Out Fee: No fee within 10 km of Welshpool. A $50 fee applies for distances between 10–30 km, with $5 added for every additional 5 km.

• Other Services: Fire Extinguisher Testing and Installation, First Aid Kit Supply and Maintenance, Eyewash Station Servicing, Emergency and Exit Light Inspections. Pricing depends on the type, size, and scope of work.
• Custom Plans: We offer 6-monthly or annual servicing plans tailored to your industry’s needs. Contact us for details.

Service Details:

Time Frame Confirmation:
While we aim to complete jobs within the booked time frame, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. We will inform you of any changes promptly.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us in advance. If we arrive on-site and the appointment cannot proceed due to lack of notice or access, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel costs.

Ensure the site is accessible and inform us of any specific safety requirements before the scheduled visit.
