Flexible Scheduling:
We understand every business operates differently. If you need Test and Tag or Fire Safety services outside standard hours, please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Location Notice:
For sites located more than 50 km from Welshpool, please let us know at the time of booking so we can confirm availability and travel arrangements across regional WA.
Transparent Pricing:
- Test and Tag Services (including GST):
  - Minimum Charge: $100 (includes up to 10 items tagged).
  - Additional Items: $4.5 per item.
- Other Services:
  - Fire Extinguisher Testing and Installation
  - First Aid Kit Supply and Maintenance
  - Eyewash Station Servicing
  - Emergency and Exit Light Inspections.
- Pricing depends on the type, size, and scope of work.
- Custom Servicing Plans: Choose from quarterly, bi-annual, or annual testing plans tailored to your industry’s compliance needs across Perth and WA.
Service Details:
Please specify the exact services required (e.g., electrical test and tag, RCD testing, fire extinguisher maintenance) when booking to ensure efficient preparation and service delivery.
Time Frame Confirmation:
We always aim to complete all jobs within the scheduled timeframe. However, if unexpected circumstances arise, our team will promptly update you with revised arrangements.
Site Access and Safety:
Please ensure the site is accessible at the scheduled time and advise us of any specific safety requirements beforehand.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in advance. A call-out fee may apply if our technicians arrive on-site and the appointment cannot proceed due to lack of access or notice.
