A note on extinguisher mounting. For safety and compliance (AS 2444), extinguishers can't be wall-mounted on or immediately beside switchboards, electrical switches or power outlets, or in plumbed and wet areas such as near taps, sinks or basins. If your preferred spot falls in one of these zones, our technician will fit the unit at the nearest safe, clearly visible and compliant location and explain why on the day.

  1. Quotes. Prices are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed on site and may change with the actual quantity, type and accessibility of items presented.
  2. Bookings. A booking request isn't confirmed until we contact you to arrange a date and time. Preferred dates are indicative and subject to availability.
  3. Call-out. A standard call-out fee applies across the Perth Metro area. For sites beyond Perth Metro, the fee is priced according to the distance and travel time involved, and is confirmed with your quote before any work begins.
  4. Fire extinguisher installation. Extinguishers are supplied and mounted in line with AS 2444. For safety and compliance they cannot be mounted on or immediately beside switchboards, electrical switches or power outlets, or in plumbed and wet areas (for example, near taps, sinks or basins). Where a requested position doesn't meet these requirements, our technician will fit the unit at the nearest safe, clearly visible and compliant location.
  5. Site access & readiness. Please ensure items are accessible on the day. Repeat visits caused by access issues may incur an additional call-out.
  6. GST. Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  7. Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a confirmed booking.
  8. Privacy. The details you provide are held and used by Neon Safety to contact you, schedule and deliver services, keep compliance records, and send you relevant updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
